ONE LINK RETURN POLICY

As part of our commitment to our valued customers, it’s important to us that you love your purchase! And we back that up with our 30-Day Return Policy. One Link will issue a full refund for unopened and unused products returned within 30 days of the shipment date.

Some products have separate return conditions, such as those with risk-free trials. Please read this page carefully to make the return process as quick and easy as possible. 

 

Returning Your Item.

  1. Submit our Return Request Form (below) within 30 days of the shipment date. Once submitted, we will email you instructions on how and where to return your items. Customer pays return shipping, unless product is eligible for free return shipping.
  2. Ship the item to the address provided in the email. Once the email with return instructions arrives in your inbox, you then have an additional 20 days to ship the item and provide us with the tracking information. If we do not receive the tracking information within the 20-day window, the item cannot be refunded. We recommend that you use a traceable method, such as UPS or FedEx, for return shipment, to track the return of your merchandise. One Link Direct is not responsible if your return shipment is lost in return transit.

    Please DO NOT return your item to local One Link Direct branch locations or corporate offices. Your return will be denied and returned to sender. This will further delay the return process.

  3. Receive your refund. You will receive a credit for the purchase price of the item plus any applicable sales tax to the credit/debit card used for purchase. OneLink Direct issues credits within 5-7 business days of receiving the returned item. Shipping costs are not refundable.

Opened and Used Items.

Please note that we can’t take back items that are opened or used.

  • “Opened” Products: The product has been removed from the original product packaging. This does not include the shipment packaging.
  • “Used” Products: Usage hours are present on a machine or a product shows any signs of misuse or damage.

Certain products and promotions may have separate return conditions, listed below.

 

Return Policy Exceptions.

One Link offers certain products and promotions that are entitled to separate return policies. These will require prior approval. DO NOT send in a device until you have submitted the Return Request Form below and are issued a Return Authorization Number or alternate instructions.

Risk-Free Trials
One Link also offers limited-time promotions several times per year for a risk-free trial of specific products. If you are dissatisfied, eligible items purchased under a risk-free trial may be returned within a specified time frame for a refund, excluding shipping costs. You will be responsible for covering return shipping costs for standard shipping for eligible products returned within the Risk-Free Trial Length.

Defective Items and Warranties

One Link accepts returns for all defective products under manufacturer’s warranty (most CPAPs carry MFG warranty of 1 or more years). If a product you purchased from us arrived broken, is missing parts, or if the product is malfunctioning, please fill out the Return Request Form below to initiate the return process.

 

One Link will obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from the manufacturer if necessary. We will work with you and the manufacturer to facilitate a warranty exchange for a new product or a full refund. One Link will provide you with a return label to ship the defective product. You will not be responsible for covering return shipping costs for standard (non-expedited) shipping for defective products within the warranty period. Warranty claim decisions are made solely at the discretion of the manufacturer.

 

If you wish to return an item due to a breach of warranty by One Link, then One Link will determine your sole remedies for such breach (repair, replacement or return) in accordance with the Terms of Use.
